Eligibility & Requirements:
- Minimum 10th Pass (for guards), Graduate (for admin & officers)
- Physically fit and mentally alert
- Basic communication skills (Kannada/Hindi/English)
- Police verification & background check mandatory
- Previous security or military experience preferred but not mandatory
